Edward Bonham Carter, joint chief executive of Jupiter Asset Management, has enticed fund manager Paul Sheehan away from Dresdner RCM Global Investors.

Sheehan is to join Jupiter just after the company unveiled a new incentive plan under which its staff can earn not only large bonuses but an equity interest in the money manager.
