Victor Cazalet, head of private client business at Lazard for eight years, is joining Jupiter Asset Management next week.

Cazalet will be a director of Jupiter Asset Management based in the private client department. He will be working with Colin Chisholm, head of private client business at Jupiter, who has overseen a five-fold increase in Jupiter's discretionary funds since the end of 1995. He joins on October 30.
