UK insurer Just Retirement confirmed its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange today, targeting UK and US investors.

Just Retirement will issue new shares to raise £300 million. The company said in a stock exchange announcement that Permira, the buyout firm which owns the business, plans to sell some of its stake, as do some members of the management team and other minority shareholders.
