Credit Suisse First Boston's bid to strike out four fresh allegations made against it by employee Philip Karam as part of his race discrimination case were supported by an industrial tribunal on Friday.

Karam, a CSFB employee of Pakistani origin, is seeking damages for injury to feeling, personal injury, aggravated damages and general loss of compensation for future loss of income and opportunity.
