Philip Keevil, the senior Citigroup mergers and acquisitions banker who quit for global M&A boutique Compass Advisers in December, has joined the board of the Risk Advisory Group.

He takes up a non-executive director position at the risk consultancy, which advises on mitigating risk in M&A, foreign direct investment and joint ventures.
