Guillaume Kellner, a French lawyer specialising in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, has returned to Rambaud Martel, the firm he left a year ago to set up on his own.

Delphine Deschamps, a partner at Rambaud Martel, said Kellner, who had expected to work on his own for three years, had attracted so much work he could no longer handle it alone.
