Kempen in strategic partnership with Intelli

Kempen & Co, the Dutch brokerage, corporate finance house and asset management firm, is set to acquire 35% of Intelli Partners, the corporate finance advisory firm.

Kempen, recently acquired by Dexia Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, will have the opportunity to buy the rest of the Intelli shares in 2005. Before entering the partnership Intelli demerged its investment activities, Intelli Investments and Intelli Dealing Company, which comprised a number of quoted and unquoted investments and cash.
