Kennet Capital, the early stage venture capital arm of Broadview, and Softbank UK Ventures' tech fund, has invested a total of $9m (€10m) in Volantis, the internet software company.

It is the second time Kennet has paricipated in equity finance for the company, following its first round of $3m. David Sola, the managing director of Softbank, will join the Volantis board.
