Holly Stark, former director of trading at Kern Capital, the money management firm, has joined Efficient Frontiers, a securities industry consultant, as a full-time managing member.

Stark, one of the best-known institutional traders on Wall Street, also serves on the National Association of Securities Dealers' regulation committee and is a member of the board of the National Organisation of Investment Professionals.
