Telekurs Financial has strengthened its Irish subsidiary with the appointment of Carl Kiernan, who will take on a product management and consultancy role at the firm's Dublin office.

Kiernan was previously a consultant at Mentor Treasury/Kompliance Systems, a firm he established with a colleague from Ulster Bank. The consultancy undertook programme management and business development of systems at large corporates.
