Kohlberg Kravis Roberts has poached Christina Pamberg from HarbourVest, a private equity fund of funds manager, for the newly-created role of head of investor relations and co-investments for Europe.

Pamberg was a vice-president at HarbourVest responsible for secondary transactions, or the sale of ownership stakes in existing private equity funds, and was also actively involved in the firm's fundraising efforts. She joined the firm's London office in 2000.
