Knutsford, the UK investment vehicle, will soon be returning to the market to fund the acquisition of World Investor Link (WIL), the private investor relations firm, according to market sources.

It is understood that Knutsford, chaired by Nigel Wray, who is also chairman of property company Burford, will raise finance through an open offer and placing to fund its first purchase.
