Nicolas Bertrand, chief executive of Nomura’s crypto custody firm Komainu, has stepped down from his role with immediate effect.

Robert Johnson, who joined Komainu as chief technology officer in October 2023, has taken charge as interim CEO, a company spokesperson confirmed to Financial News.
