Korean investors buy WeWork Soho office for £267m

Asian buyers’ dominance of London’s dealmaking market continues with acquisition of 125 Shaftesbury Avenue

A club of Korean institutional investors has closed a deal to buy a London office building leased to WeWork, a provider of flexible work spaces, for £267m.

The acquisition of 125 Shaftesbury Avenue in Soho was confirmed by Savills Investment Management, which completed the deal on behalf of Korean investors managed by Vestas Investment Management.
