Korn/Ferry International, the global executive search firm, has appointed Fiona Macleay as vice-president within its European financial services practice, based in London. She will specialise in global capital markets and derivatives.

Macleay began her career at the niche financial services search firm The Consulting Group, which was acquired by TMP Worldwide. She has since worked for three smaller specialist search firms.
