A video of an ill-judged rant that led KPMG UK to launch an investigation into its chair Bill Michael has been published online.

In the address to staff in the firm’s financial consulting business, the 52-year-old Australian describes unconscious bias as “complete crap” and tells staff not to moan about working life during the pandemic.
