Richard Threlfall has left Citigroup, where he was a member of the infrastructure project advisory group, to join the project finance team at KPMG Corporate Finance.

Threlfall, who joins KPMG in London as an associate director, has more than 10 years' experience in the transport project sector. He has been involved in several major UK infrastructure projects including the Manchester Metrolink tram project, the National Air Traffic Services public-private partnership initiative and the Channel Tunnel rail link project.
