KPMG has hired Moreton Hall, a consultant at the UK Department of Health, as a director in the health team at its public private partnership (PPP) advisory services unit in London.

Hall will be principally responsible for co-ordinating KPMG's health team and its current private finance initiative (PFI) projects.
