KPMG UK’s restructuring spin-off Interpath has posted a £12m loss in its first year since breaking away from its Big Four parent.

Interpath has been operational since 6 April 2021 when KPMG UK’s restructuring business was hived off through a buyout funded by private equity firm HIG.
