KPMG Transaction Services has moved two partners and 18 managers from its London office to Germany in a bid to prepare the firm for the anticipated increase in corporate activity in the coming years.

Stephen Smith and Maggie Morrissey were both partners at KPMG Transaction Services in London and they will both relocate to Germany, along with the managers. Smith specialises in demergers, acquisitions and disposals. Morrissey works with private equity clients, and has particular experience working on cross-border transactions. She has also worked for KPMG in Paris.
