Kroll, a global investigations firm, has appointed James Earp as managing director in its investigations and disputes practice. Earp has more than 25 years' experience in financial investigations, criminal investigations and insolvency related fraud. The company said Earp will work with companies to recover funds and assets to support Kroll's investigations and disputes team.
