Legal & General Investment Management, the UK passive fund manager, has made two more appointments to bolster its active equity offering.

Alia Beag joins as head of European equities. She was formerly pan-European fund manager at Axa Investment Managers, which made 13 staff redundant after it transferred its global and European equity assets to its subsidiary Axa Rosenberg.
