Legal & General Ventures has poached two directors from Bridgepoint Capital, the pan-European private equity firm, in a move to consolidate its presence in Germany.
Adrian Johnson, the chief executive of Legal & General Ventures, said: "We have hired Dr Hans-Jörg Schnabel and Hagen Schulte to join Andrew Cole and Alex Insan, who have been tasked with developing our German operations. It is good news and reflects the importance we place on continental Europe."
