LaSalle Investment Management, the $21.5bn real estate investment manager, has appointed Jeff Jacobson as regional chief executive of its European operations.

Most recently Jacobson was managing director at Security Capital Group where he led various transaction teams in evaluating and negotiating investments in Europe and Australia.
