Latham & Watkins, the global law firm, has hired Lloyd Schultz and Lene Malthasen to expand its debt and equity capital markets practice in London.

Schultz joins the firm from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a director. He was at CSFB for 10 years, working on capital raising in both equity capital markets and equity corporate finance. He has also worked for IBJ International in London and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York.
