Law firm expands as Japanese M&A outlook improves

O'Melveny & Myers, the global law firm, has expanded its Tokyo office by hiring four corporate finance partners to bring the total number of partners up to seven.

Naosuke Fujita, Yoji Maeda, and Yukihiro Terazawa join from the Taiyo Law Office, where they were partners specialising in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property.
