Lawyers urge City to take the lead on sexual harassment change

Many of the top firms in the City of London — including JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and Lloyd's of London — are making no immediate changes to the way they deal with sexual harassment in the workplace.

This has disappointed employment lawyers, who say big companies should be taking the lead and changing their internal policies in light of the scandals engulfing Hollywood and Westminster.
