Lazard names heads of French investment banking

New chief executive and co-chairs appointed following the departure of Matthieu Pigasse

Lazard has appointed new leaders of its investment banking business in France following the departure of its country chief executive, who was one of the bank’s top dealmakers.

Jean-Louis Girodolle, a managing director who has worked at Lazard since 2007, will take over as chief executive of investment banking in France. Charles-Henri Filippi and François Kayat will become co-chairs of the French investment bank, according to an announcement.
