Lazard poaches directors for French property push

Paris-based Lazard Frères has hired Lahlou Khélifi, managing director of buyout firm Doughty Hanson's French real estate business, as one of the two directors of its new property arm, Lazard Real Estate.

Khélifi headed the team managing the French and Germany property investments of Goldman Sachs' renowned Whitehall Fund between 1998 and 2003.
