Lazard teams up with ex-Credit Suisse trader’s hedge fund on European direct lending

The independent investment bank has entered into an agreement that will see it push into private credit

Lazard has teamed up with an investment firm founded by a former star Credit Suisse trader to offer direct lending in Europe.

The independent investment bank has signed an agreement with Arini Capital Management to offer direct lending to mid-cap clients, it said in a statement.
