Financial advisory firm Lazard’s search for a new London office could see it return to the Square Mile after 15 years, as competition increases between local authorities to attract high-profile tenants.

The firm, led in London by William Rucker, tasked property agency Colliers International with helping it hunt for a new home after its lease on 50 Stratton Street, close to Green Park tube station, expires in 2022.
