French private equity firm LBO France has bought cargo-handling company Worldwide Flight Services from Vinci, the world's largest construction company, for €315m ($403m) including debt.

Rival private equity firms Axa Private Equity and MidOcean Partners had previously expressed an interest in bidding for the company, according to sources close to the situation.
