Lederman plans new Turquoise lawsuit

Former Turquoise CEO, who is already bringing a suit against the London Stock Exchange, brings further claim that could drag the trading platform's bank shareholders into the row

Eli Lederman, the former chief executive of share-trading platform Turquoise who is suing the London Stock Exchange, plans to launch a further suit for breach of contract against Turquoise, according to people familiar with the matter.

The case could see Turquoise's bank shareholders, which have so far been kept out of the proceedings, dragged into the row between Lederman and the LSE.
