The head of the financial institutions group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Royal Bank of Scotland, who was promoted to that role in late April, is leaving the bank, sparking another reshuffle.

Lee Rochford, who was named head of Emea FIG on April 24, has decided to leave RBS to pursue interests outside of banking, according to a statement from the UK bank.
