Kenneth Leet, a former Goldman Sachs banker and US government official, has joined Bank of America as head of corporate and investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Leet left Goldman Sachs in 2003 after 18 years to join George Bush's first US government as under secretary of the treasury for domestic finance.
