Law firm Harcus Parker is preparing a legal claim against Link Fund Solutions for alleged negligence over its handling of the failed Woodford Fund and is recruiting investors for its case.

The London law firm claims that Link, which is the authorised corporate director of the fund, failed to carry out their obligations to invest in approved shares, thus exposing the investors to unnecessary risk, according to a 25 August statement. The firm announced that it has appointed Nicolas Vineall QC of 4 Pump Court to lead the barrister team.
