Non-disclosure agreements are being used to silence victims of workplace sexual harassment and abuse, according to a probe by the legal watchdog.

The Legal Services Board launched a call for evidence in May on the role that lawyers play when firms use NDAs to conceal wrongdoing in the workplace.
