Legg Mason, the Baltimore-based asset management group, has recruited a new head of UK sales from JP Morgan Asset Management.

The move is a return to the UK capital for Alexander Barry, who was head of wealth management sales at JP Morgan in London for several years before moving out to the US in a new role covering large institutional investors.
