Lehman Brothers has hired Marta Amusategui y Vergara as an executive director within the Spanish coverage group, which is part of the bank's Spanish investment banking business.

Amusategui, who joins from UBS Warburg, will initially be based in London, but in a few months time will transfer to the Madrid office. She will be responsible for enhancing the coverage of Spanish clients. She will report to Juan Gich, managing director and head of investment banking for the Iberian region at Lehman.
