Lehman Brothers is advising Group 4 Falck, the Danish security group, on its Dkr4.8bn ($622m) acquisition of The Wackenhut Corporation, a US firm in the same sector, with UBS Warburg arranging the financing.
A banker close to the deal said: "It is good to see a Nordic company making an aggressive acquisition abroad rather than the other way around."
