Lehman Brothers has poached a six-strong team from Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in an attempt to expand its French investment banking business.

Guillaume d'Hauteville has been appointed managing director within the investment banking division and will report to Phillippe Villin, managing director and country head, as well as to Benoit d'Angelin and Bertil Rydevik, co-heads of European investment banking.
