Lehman completes €929m float duo

Lehman Brothers last night priced two European initial public offerings in Italy and the Netherlands to raise a combined total of €929m ($1.2bn).

Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers were joint global co-ordinators and bookrunners of a €469m offer from TomTom, a Dutch company that makes navigation systems for cars and handheld devices.
