Lehman Brothers has recruited David Douglas from Credit Suisse First Boston as an executive director responsible for the firm's equity capital markets (ECM) business in France.

At Lehman, Douglas will report to Alan Tannenbaum, head of European ECM. He will also work closely with Guillaume d'Hauteville, chief executive officer of Lehman Brothers France and head of the French investment banking team based in Paris.
