Lehman Brothers has hired Stéphane Rougier from BNP Paribas Asset Management to be global head of structured asset management, part of its rapidly growing investment management business.

He will report to Omar Abukhadra, European head of absolute return strategies, who joined in May from French bank, Calyon.
