Lehman Brothers is to make its first appearance into Europe's high yield new issue market since last year's CP Kelco affair.

Lehman is managing a junk bond issue for Tele One, the Scandinavian telecoms group. Goldman Sachs is jointly managing the deal. Tele One plans to complete a €160m ($150.3m) seven year issue by Friday morning.
