Leisure Link, the UK-based pub entertainment machine developer backed by Duke Street, the private equity firm, is close to a decision on its future ownership.
Russell Hoyle, the chief executive of Leisure Link, which is 70% owned by Duke Street, said: "We are having a look at the options. We launched It Box (a multi-purpose machine for games, music and services including the sale of compact discs and mobile phones) in mid-January and as a result there was a lot of trade and consumer interest. It also generated institutional interest and we received a number of unsolicited approaches."
