Lexicon, the UK-based investment banking boutique, has been hired to advise Edward Lumley Holdings, a UK holding company, on a disposal.

Edward Lumley Holdings is a family-owned business. The shareholders have received several approaches from companies interested in acquiring Lumley Group, its Australia and New Zealand insurance and financial services arm. The talks are at an early stage.
