Alan Bird, deputy treasurer of global markets at HSBC, and Andrew Hudis, managing director of fixed income, currency and commodities at Goldman Sachs, have joined the board of London's Euronext.Liffe derivatives exchange.

Richard Berliand, futures and options managing director at JP Morgan Securities, and Gedon Hertschten, chairman of broker GH Financials have stepped down from the board.
