The £310m Lincolnshire County Council Pension Fund has hired Invesco Asset Management to run a £50m active US equity mandate.

David Forbes, assistant country treasurer, said: 'Our investments sub-committee was impressed by the robustness of Invesco's process, with the absence of any significant style bias being particularly attractive.'
