A senior figure in a team at UBS that specialises in creating complex, bespoke and often highly remunerative derivative transactions within the trading business, has left the bank.

Linda Crow, a managing director in corporate equity derivatives at the Swiss bank, has left and will be replaced in her old role by Helio de Romero, according to one person familiar with the matter.
